We believe that water baptism is an important part of our walk with Jesus and to grow our relationship with him. We believe that baptism is a symbol. It’s meant to show the world that you love, trust, and have put your hope in Christ. We practice immersion baptism, which, practically put, means we gently dunk you fully underwater! The symbolism in this act is us joining Jesus in his death (going under water) and rising again with him in his resurrection (coming our of the water) and into the newness of life that Jesus has promised us! We consider it an honor to be able to celebrate this with people, and hope you choose to celebrate it with us by signing up to be baptized at Revelry!

2019 has been a year full of miracles at Revelry Church. It is amazing to look back and recall all the wonderful things God has done in our community! As we finish out the year, we ask that you make a commitment to partner with us one last time in 2019 so we can meet our yearly financial goal. Revelry Women - this one’s for you! Join us this summer as we gather for a book study on “The Armor of God” by Priscilla Shirer. We will meet every Wednesday at 7pm at 162 Hiner Rd, Homer City to dive into this 7-week video study and grow together as a family! We really hope you can join us. Have a ton of summer plans? Come when you can! Got kids? Bring them with you - there will be free childcare.

On Friday, Hope Himself was executed. Beaten, scorged, crucified, and left for dead. But Sunday… Sunday is the day that Hope was resurrected and Hope was truly executed for all of humanity. It is the day that God Incarnate defeated the sting of death and enabled us to live in newness of life. Hope is alive because Jesus is Risen!
